I'm sure you've noticed that we haven't uploaded any new content in several weeks. We have been forced into taking a break as our actual work schedules have overtaken us. Also, John is getting his kitchen remodeled! Congrats, John!
I did visit Smithland, Kentucky a few weeks ago and I posted a write-up of my trip on the site. You can find it here. We will be back as soon as our schedules allow! In the meantime, I've been adding preview videos on our YouTube page that are great ways to introduce your friends to our show! Thanks for your understanding and continued support, -Jason

I, as a young child of 7 or 8, was privy to visit cut stone stairs that descended into the ground in the Woodlands outside the Joy/Carsville area. They were well made and after the course of 20 some odd feet around and beneath large natural stones they come to an abrupt stop against the very bedrock. There were hints of markings or what remained of carving on the bedrock facing, but I do not recall more than bits and pieces in the now 30 plus years since my grandfather and his friend made point to share this with me. It was about this time, I was made aware of the book and it became an exciting and yet frightening thing to me at that age.
